The StreamTread™ sole is part of Simms' CleanStream™ design philosophy which utilizes design elements and materials designed to be easier to clean in order to minimize the transport of harmful waterborne organisms (eg, rock snot, New Zealand mud snails, whirling disease, etc) from one body of water to another.
