Privacy What personally identifiable information is being collected?
When you visit the Laughing Grizzly Web site, in order for us to provide you with the products or services that you have requested, you may be asked to provide us with personally identifiable information. For example, when you order a product, we may ask you to become a registered user of our site, during which you will be asked for your name, shipping and billing addresses, your e-mail address, and your credit card number or other payment-related information. When you order a gift certificate you are given the opportunity to include the name and a message for the party receiving the gift certificate. This information is only captured as part of this specific order process and is not stored.

The Laughing Grizzly values your business and is committed to doing everything possible to make our online ordering process secure. Returns
It is very important to us that you are satisfied with the merchandise you have ordered from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange it for up to one year. We will provide instructions about how to complete the return or exchange.
If your shipment was damaged in shipment, is a perishable item, or was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer, please contact us as above. At times, manufacturer warranties will override our own. In any case, unless otherwise specified, the item must be returned for our inspection.
If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping cost will be reimbursed. Otherwise, you are respoonsible for the cost of the return shipping.
We request that you allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. We will advise you whether to return a defective item to us or to the manufacturer when you contact us. If an item purchased from us fails during use, and it is not covered by a manufacturer's warranty, we will do our best to make it right. We may, at our discretion, replace the defecive item (or a defective part) at no cost, offer a repair or replacement at a reasonable cost, or if, in our judgment, the failure was caused by inappropriate use or a use for which the product was not designed, do nothing.
